The Labour Department, Government of Karnataka has published draft of “Karnataka Platform-based Gig Workers (Social Security and Welfare) Bill, 2024”. The draft, which was published on 29 June, 2024, is open for comments and suggestions for 10 working days thereafter. A copy of the draft bill can be accessed here.
